Right now, we estimate there are over 20 development sites awaiting and permit or sitting vacant within the City of Melbourne – and this number is only set to increase as challenging economic conditions impact cities and the property sector.
This equates to over 50,000m2 of under-performing space, or 5 hectares of missed opportunity.
We are a not-for-profit that provides turn-key solutions for owners and developers to activate their sites in a way that complies with planning requirements and unlocks hidden value - including support from Local and State Governments.
